From a CCTV shop in T. Nagar to 500+ businesses
Track New started with a single observation: a CCTV dealer in T. Nagar, Chennai was tracking 200+ AMC contracts on a wall-mounted whiteboard. Technicians missed visits. Customers called 4 times for the same update. Invoices were handwritten — and often wrong.
We spent the next 6 months visiting 80+ service businesses across Chennai, Bangalore, and Coimbatore — from two-person AC repair shops to 40-technician CCTV installation companies. Every spreadsheet hack, every WhatsApp group workaround, every lost spare-part receipt taught us something.
The result is Track New: a service management CRM designed from the ground up for Indian service businesses. Not adapted from a Western SaaS template. Not a rebranded helpdesk. Purpose-built software that speaks the language of service businesses — literally and figuratively.
