Google Firebase
Push notification delivery to the technician app.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Cloud hosting and storage in India (ap-south region).
Payment Gateway
Secure subscription payment processing. We do not store card details.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

- All data at rest is encrypted (AES-256). All data in transit uses TLS 1.3.
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds).
- Strict multi-tenant data isolation — your data is never accessible to other businesses.

- Local storage is used for UI preferences (e.g., table column visibility).
