Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the services provided by Track New ("we", "us", "our"), including our SaaS platform, website, APIs, and related tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and account management.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing is restricted to team members within your organisation as permitted by your subscription plan.
• Free plan accounts that remain inactive for more than 180 days may be scheduled for deletion after prior notification.

Your use of Track New is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

• Track New offers multiple subscription plans with varying feature sets and usage limits.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be honoured at their current rate until the end of their billing cycle.
• Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions: a pro-rated refund may be issued if cancellation is requested within the first 30 days.

All content on the Track New website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design, is the property of Eagleminds Technologies Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of all business data you create, import, or store on our platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
• Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. You have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
• Sections relating to data ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Track New is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
